Referendum outcome

The votes have been counted and the result is in. Penn Parish has adopted a new Neighbourhood Plan in a decisive referendum supporting the proposal. Although the Parish Council was not allowed to promote a yes vote under electoral commission rules, there was overwhelming support for the plan which will place an extra layer of protection over our communities and green spaces. Congratulations to everyone who has worked so hard to bring the plan to fruition.
