Welcome to
Winchmore Hill
Winchmore Hill is a small Buckinghamshire village nestled in a hidden spot between Amersham and Beaconsfield. The village has around 260 houses, the Memorial Hall, a beautiful cricket club and one of the best pubs in the area. But what sets it apart is the community.
With excellent local schools, high-speed broadband and fast links to London, Winchmore Hill has attracted numerous young families who have taken their place alongside older residents to make a vibrant and lively community. Winchmore Hill Residents' Association organises a busy programme of events ranging from the annual bonfire, a carol concert and regular litter picks.

Dates for your diary
Open Gardens 2025, Saturday June 14th
This perennial (excuse the pun) village favourite is back for 2025. Raising money for the wonderful Rennie Grove Peace charity, Open Gardens is always a lovely day and, fingers crossed, the sun always shines.

Save the date or, better still, open your garden to a small army of highly appreciative visitors. Contact kazzajroy@yahoo.co.uk for more details.

Village Show, Saturday September 6th

Our biggest village event of the year, this is a fun day out for all the family on the common. With rides and games for the children, food stalls, a bar, ice cream sales. marvellous prizes in the tombola and raffle, the produce and arts show and the dog show, there really is something for everyone. Plus it's a great chance to get to know your neighbours and celebrate village life together.
It's never too early to put this red-letter day in your diary so earmark Saturday 6th September and come and join in the fun
